  • What will happen to my points when this new programme is implemented on 1 July 2025?

    All unused points will be migrated to the new programme upon implementation from 1 July 2025.

  • I am an existing SHISEIDO+ member, what will happen to my tier when this new programme is implemented on 1 July 2025?

    All customers will be migrated to the new programme upon implementation from 1 July 2025 based on their rolling 12 months spending.

  • What is the Camellia Club membership portal?

    It is a one-stop portal to empower and reward consumers with gifts of beauty and insiders’ access. Members can keep track of their points, use them to redeem products, and gain exclusive access for beauty events.

  • How do I join the Camellia Club as member?

    Simply sign up via our Camellia Club membership portal to become a member.

    Purchases in-stores and selected online platforms will entitle you to Camellia Club membership points.

    Purchases made online (except Shiseido E-Boutique and Lazada), at Sephora (stores and online) and duty-free shops are not eligible for membership, point accumulation and redemption.

  • What are the perks of being a SHISEIDO Camellia Club member?

    You will be the first to receive updates on the latest product launches, exclusive promotions, events and workshops.

    Every purchase will earn you points, which you may use to redeem full-sized beauty essentials. You will enjoy double the points for your first transaction during your birthday month.

    You will also enjoy expert makeovers and beauty treatments from our Personal Beauty Partners.

  • What birthday treats do I get to enjoy?

    You will receive 2X points for your first transaction during your birthday month. This cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

    You will also enjoy a complimentary Express Yutaka Treatment.

    For Camellia+ and Legendary members, you can collect your curated birthday gifts over our Shiseido counters/boutiques.

  • As a member, am I given priority for SHISEIDO's events and workshops?

    You will be the first to receive updates for beauty events and workshops. However, early registration is required for popular events and workshops due to limited capacity.

  • How do I upgrade to the next status?

    The qualifying spend over a consecutive 12-month period from the date of your last tier upgrade for each tier is:

    Camellia - $1 - $1,499

    Camellia+ - $1,500 - $7,999

    Legendary - $8,000 and above

    Purchases made at online (except Shiseido E-Boutique and Lazada), Sephora (stores and online) and duty-free shops are not eligible for point accumulation and redemption.

  • How do I retain my membership status?

    SHISEIDO Camellia Club is a lifetime membership.

    The qualifying spend over a consecutive 12-month period from the date of your last tier upgrade for each tier is:

    Camellia - $1 - $1,499

    Camellia+ - $1,500 - $7,999

    Legendary - $8,000 and above

    Purchases made at online (except Shiseido E-Boutique and Lazada), Sephora (stores and online) and duty-free shops are not eligible for point accumulation and redemption.

  • How can I earn points?

    Points are awarded with every purchase at any Shiseido counter and selected online platforms.

    Ginza and Camellia Members
    Earn 1 point with every $1 spent

    Camellia+ Members
    Earn 1.2 point with every $1 spent

    Legendary Members
    Earn 1.5 points with every $1 spent

    Purchases made at online (except Shiseido E-Boutique and Lazada), Sephora (stores and online) and duty-free shops are not eligible for point accumulation and redemption.

  • What can I do with my points?

    Points can be exchanged for products at our Rewards Boutique. Our Rewards Boutique catalogue are specially curated each season and may vary from time to time. They are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash.

  • How do I check my points balance?

    You may view your point balance when you have logged in to your membership portal here. You can also visit any Shiseido counter and check with our Personal Beauty Partners.

  • When will my points expire?

    Points will expire after 365 days from your date of transaction. Unfortunately, the extension of points validity is strictly not allowed.

  • Where can I redeem my points for products?

    Log into your membership account to view the Rewards Boutique here. You may redeem your desired products based on your redeemable points.

  • Can I redeem products via the phone, email or over the counter?

    Redemptions may be made in-stores or via the membership portal here.

  • How do I collect redeemed products?

    Once your redemption is submitted, you will be able to view your rewards at “View Your Vouchers”. You may head down to your preferred Shiseido counter to collect your products. It is advised to check for product availability through Shiseido’s WhatsApp Concierge here to avoid a disappointed trip.

    Shiseido reserves the right to replace any products with that of an equivalent value or a similar item.

  • How long is the collection period after i submitted my redemption successfully?

    Collection period is valid for 30 days.

  • I submitted my redemption successfully but was later informed that the product I selected is out of stock. What should I do?

    Only available products will be displayed in the Rewards Boutique. In the event the items you redeemed went out-of-stock due to a time lapse, a Shiseido representative will get in contact with you to resolve this.

  • Am I able to return my rewards or exchange it for another reward once I have collected it?

    Return and exchange are strictly not allowed. We strongly encourage you to check with our Personal Beauty Partners before placing your redemption order online.

    You can access or update your personal details via the membership portal here.

    Alternatively, you may email us at members@shiseido.com.sg with your updated contact details.

  • Would I be able to delete my account?

    Kindly email us at members@shiseido.com.sg and request to cancel your membership account. Your membership account will be cancelled within 5-7 business days.
